Simran, the founder of Sehyoga, discovered her passion for yoga in her early twenties. Her dedication to the practice led her to explore various forms of yoga, immersing herself in daily practice for several hours each day. Over the years, she experienced deep transformations in both her mental and physical well-being, uncovering a sense of inner peace and balance.

With a strong desire to share her journey, Simran founded Sehyoga to help others experience the same benefits of yoga that transformed her life. Today, she leads various yoga classes, focusing on creating a nurturing and inclusive space for her students. Simran’s goal is to guide individuals toward better health, relaxation, and self-discovery through the power of yoga.
